I received about a dozen that did not work, the battery was worn out. Several employees have broken the clip off during daily activities. However, overall they are very attractive, easy to use and employees like them.

The printed logo was wonderful. Unfortunately the clasp on the back of the pedometer is less than satisfactory. We purchased 100 for our employee Wellness Challenge and so far at least 25 have been lost due to it not staying on. Nothing to do with the service we received from you...just that if that were improved, it would be a much better product.

The pedometers are fantastic. We plan on using them in our Counseling Department to encourage walking to reduce stress. I love the color and the clear acrylic combined , it gives it an attractive look. Even with the small space to imprint the logo it looks great and is visible.

the clip does not hold the pedometer in place. Several of our employees have lost their pedometer already. They look nice and seem to work well if we can just keep track of them.

They're absolutely adorable and a huge hit in our office. The only two concerns I've heard is that they are a bit sensitive and they reset easily when against a harder surface, like a belt. Otherwise, we love them.

We're having a Walk to Wellness event for our employees. The employee who walks the farthest in three months wins. Unfortunately, we have had some problems with our pedometers. Our employees are to check in every week to record their progress, then reset thier pedometers; however, we've had several reset automatically which causes us to lose information. We've also had trouble with the clips not holding, so the pedometers fall off quite frequently. Fortunately, they are quite durable, as we've only had one break! A few of our employees have become frustrated and dropped out of our event, since they could not have accurate readings.
