More plastic this it looks in the picture. Lightweight - not enough heft to it. For the price, though, it is a good choice.

PENN LOOKS GREAT EXCEPT THAT BLACK INK WAS PERFERED. THERE WAS NO WERE ON THE ORDERING PROCESS TO SPECIFIY THE INK COLOR. i WROTE IN THE SPECIAL REQUEST SECTION TO HAVE BLACK INK, BUT ORDER WAS STILL SHIPPED WITH BLUE INK. WE CANNOT USE BLUE INK IN OUR WORK.

I have had some issues with overall wear and tear. Once the pens have had some mild use, some of the tips (that you depress to make the pen eject) are falling off. Otherwise, they write well and are great to give to clients.

The pens are very nice but the gold imprint was hard to see on the translucent green background. I didn't realize that at the time of purchase.

This took too many emails. I was back and fourth with the designer for way too long. Finally when I received the pens the text and image is way too small to even read. The pens themselves are nice and they also write very smoothly. I was not too happy with the final product.

The pen was nice, I was disappointed with the size of font used. It looks really small on the pen. It is hard to get a good idea of that with the sample that was emailed.

There's nothing wrong with the pen (with the exception of the blue ink). I thought I remember the description stating that it came with (the default) black ink. Anyway, the (brown) color I asked the copy to be printed in, was too light. When I was asked (in an email) if I had a preference regarding the intensity of the brown ink used, I responded by saying, Well, if I have a choice, I would like the brown ink to be medium dark to dark brown...so, that it has a good contrast against the teal barrel of the pen. The result was not that at all. It looks like an olive green color, against the teal barrel. So, my suggestion is that you develop a method in which you email a sample of an approximate representation of what the finished product would look like, to get an approval, before running the production. I probably will order from you again, but next time I will want to be assured that the result of the printing would meet my approval. Thank you.
