The ink from the lunch coolers rubbed off if it rubbed against something. Some of the bags ink was smeared when it was delivered.

We filled the insulated bags with all sorts of items donated by companies we do business with, and gave them as Christmas gifts to our dialysis patients. They were thrilled to open them and discover pens, movie tickets, sports bottles, calculators, etc. We had our facility logo printed on the bags as well, so they also serve as marketing tools. I was very satisfied with your product.

The thermal bags are very fun and fucntional. We all have enjoyed them. Some will become a pet's personal tote (as we are very animal friendly here) and others are being used each day for bringing goodies from home. I could not be happier with the service or the product. I ordered 400 Sweet Spot Lunch Coolers for a recent teachers' tradeshow give away. We used the dark blue which was popular with the male attendees. We ordered a larger quantity of the light blue with blue and violet polka dots which were a big hit with the female attendees. Our logo looked great on both, although a black imprint on the dark blue cooler didn't have very much contrast. We did recieve a few coolers that had defective zippers (9 out of 400 were defective). Overall a great product.
