We wanted to get something other than a water bottle or pen, and we got a lot of nice complements on this item. Glad we chose it.

The picture Frame w/clock was well received. 4Imprint replaced the glass on two that came broken which was appreciated. The picture door is hard to open and 14% of them came with broken door corners. They were still usable but broken all the same.

This plays music, which I do not recall seeing anywhere in the product description. It plays "Auld Lang Syne," which is nice if it is new years, but not as nice if you are giving them out to your staff. It was kind of depressing when everybody put the batteries in the clocks, and the music started up. Also, several we ordered were broken.

Not very good quality, I purchased it for our VIP guests, but i couldn't distribute it.

The quality of the frames was OK, not great. I had 6 broken out of about 135. Getting them replaced was very easy, and I was pleased with the customer service I received with getting new ones shipped in a very timely manner.
