I offer a mixed review. The imprint turned out better than expected. The pen quality has been less than the sample previously sent. Pens have "exploded" when clicking into the open position and pen contents fly eveywhere. Some pens have rough/sharp edges and the open/close mechanism sticks. Some pen barrels have cracked. Although the pen look good and feels great, will probably not order again.

The quality of the pens was high and we were very happy with that, however the print/design on the side of the pen was occasionally blurred/smudged. This is of course to be expected on a small number of the pens, but out of 500 pens approximately 75-90 pens were blurred or smudged which is perhaps a little high.

Great shape. Easy to hold. Pen tends to stop working if not in use for more than 10 minutes. Need to scribble it to get the ink to start flowing again. Has happened in about 10[%] of the ones I've handed out so far, so not a large volume. We use these as small thank you's for our staff.
