We were immediately impressed with the tumbler. The burnt orange/copper color is so rich and classy. The tumblers were purchased with our customers in mind. It is always nice to receive something that you would like yourself...

Our employees were very happy with the mugs, which were given to them during an appreciation event. We filled them with candy and powdered drink packets, and they were a big hit. They liked being able to put their name on the mugs, as they use them at work and they are able to keep track of their own mug.

The product itself was very good. The only thing that I did not like was the final print. The proof picture online looked great, then when I received the product the text and picture were very hard to read. The print did not stand out as good on the actual product compared to the picture. I used the olive green background and black text. Also, making them dishwasher safe would be an added benefit to think about adding.

The tumblers were the perfect color that we were looking for. The quality seemed nicer than others we looked at. However, I noticed my hot beverages cooling quicker than other tumblers and the one I received, the tab on the top to help stop spills closes every time I tilt the cup to drink. I am not sure of this is a defective lid or all are going to do this.

i'm pretty picky about stainless mugs, and have gotten different models i wasnt crazy about. this one is really great for the price, and doesnt have an issue with leaks. i like the top to this one because it's a screw/twist top instead of a push down rubberband sealed one. the other types of tops leak! i've ordered this one on two different occasions, and will continue to reorder. we've given away over 400 of these to church newcomers, and plan to continue reordering.
