Amazing product! We ordered cobalt-colored mugs with a silver imprint for our library's anniversary and we were very happy with the order. The logo was sharp. The process of sending your artwork and having it edited to fit within the mug's imprint space is very easy. Highly recommend this product.

I am the purchaser, however, the individuals I got these for were not real pleased. The color purple was not the same color as expected, nor was the yellow gold of the imprint what was expected. The cups will be used as special give-outs in the classroom.

Mug was good quality, printing was unfavorable being a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. Colors bled, centering was off on logo. Overall a poor job! There is maybe 50[%] I would send to my customers.
