THE QUALITY OF THE FABRIC IS REALLY GOOD. BUT THE SIZING IS OFF. MOST OF THE SHIRTS THAT PEOPLE RECEIVED WERE TO SMALL. ORDER AT LEAST 1 SIZE BIGGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WEAR. AND IF YOU LIKE YOUR CLOTHES LOOSER THEN ORDER 2 SIZER BIGGER.

During the ordering process customer service was very good. However, I asked for and received measurements for the different sizes of the shirts. I was given seam-to-seam chest sizes. When the shirts came in, they measured 4 to 6 inches more than the measurements that were given to me. When I called to complain, the customer service rep was not very sympathetic. Basically, the other employees were ok with their larger shirts; however, personally I hate mine and plan on seeing if a seamstress can fix it. I really think you should measure your shirts properly.

I had a few complaints that the sizes tended to run a little small but the shirts didn't shrink when washed which was very good.

The embroidery on the shirts far exceeded our expectiations. They look wonderful and they were shipped on time as promissed so our teachers had their back to school gift on their first day back to school. The only complaint I have had is that the sleeves are a little tight so some of my teachers had to swap theirs out for a larger size.

The quality of the shirt is fine, but it is NOT blue! It is so nearly black that it looks like a black shirt that faded into a nasty mid blue-black color. I think the catalog described it as indigo , but it does not look anything like the indigo on my color wheel.

Poor cut and sizing. Size XL had a 15 neck and a person who is a standart size XL could not button the shirt. When the collor is left open it rides back because th eneck size is too small for XL and the collor end at the shoulders, above the collor bone, which looks bad.

A few of the shirts had some thread issues where you could tell the spool must have been near the end. Sometimes a red color thread appears to be woven into the material.

The shirts were absoulutely wonderful. The quality was exceptional and the embroidery perfect. We ordered these for a large customer event and all the employees wore these as the uniform of the day.
