The pens are a fine product however our printed logo was scratched. Not sure if it scratched in shipping or if it happened during printing. I will try a different pen next time due to being pleased with other orders from 4imprint.

The pen is wonderful - writing, size and all. The imprint work was much less than I expected. Most of our pens arrived chipped, scratched and not the quality I expect when ordering business pens. I was pretty dissatisfied with the print work.

We liked it even thought it wasn't our 1st choice style. Rolls smooth but sometimes, the top click part stucks and have to force it down to write. Other than that, it's OK.
