We LOVED this banner! We sent a JPG image that became pixelated when enlarged, but 4imprint was able to convert it to a vector image so that the enlarged image was crisp and clear. Transporting and assembly was easy. We were hugely impressed!

Overall the quality is what I expected but one of the colors on the top is not correct. I didn't know that the item had to be returned in a certain time span in order to dispute and you could not see the color difference on the approval graphic and the yellow is not the color I picked, it looks orange.

I think the items that we ordered are almost exactly what we were looking for. The process of designing them wasn't too easy, but the end result was good. My only complaint is that the banner material isn't thick enough - it's a little flimsy and it's somewhat difficult to assemble if you don't have a very tall person with you.

There were a few issues with the banner displays. There was a little confusion during the artwork approval process -- I was receiving multiple emails for multiple orders and somehow in the mix, we didn't get an artwork approval email on these banners and thus the printing was delayed. Although, we did finally approve the proof and have these printed, I'm nto 100[%] satisfied with the way our logo's colors printed, i.e. gradient and transparencies. We've used the same file to print with other companies and had better results...

IT COULD HAVE HAD A LITTLE MORE COLOR ON THE DOTS THAT SHOWED EACH POSITION. THEY WERE REAL FAINT. THE MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM COULD HAVE BEEN BOLDER.ESPECIALLY THE NAME OF OUR COMPANY.

but the design goes longer than the retractor allows - had to use pliers to close the metal to make the banner go higher but the bottom of the design is still hidden - seems like the pole is a bit short??
