Great quality for the price. The actual bag has truer grays than the picture (picture has a khaki tint). Solid handle, lots of adjustment room on the strap. Two small cargo nets on each side are great for cellphone, waterbottle, keys. Very nice bag. My students use them with pride.

I like the bag a lot, it received very good reviews from the trainers we gave it to. My only issue at all is that the bags have a cardboard or support piece in the flap and because they were just stacked in a box some of them were bent, so we were unable to use a few of them becuase they didn't have the clean fresh look of the others. But they had a thrown in a box wrinkled look. It was a little annoying but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a little more packing care. We had to lay them out flat and press them with weight for a couple days to get them flat again. It is nothing that would keep ups from ordering from you, we are happy with the service and the company, just hopeful the packing could be tighter or cleaner.
