This is a very nice and inexpensive pen. This item used to be delivered to me in a box with the pens just thrown in together. This last order, i received the pens and they are individually packaged which keeps them from scratching each other. Thanks for the change!

I wasn't as thrilled with the overall look as I hoped. It's plastic so its a little light and looks a little cheaper. However, it is the BEST pen I have ever written with! Time and time again it's the pen I grab.

The Tri-Band pens which I ordered were just spectacular and executive. My only disappointment was that I must have forgotten that I was informed it will come in only black ink. Second, I selected five different colours [fifty per colour] but all came in the same outer colour. If I was asked to choose colours when ordering one would expect to receive the product in the selected colours and not otherwise.

I ordered these lovely pens as a "welcome back" gift for my teachers. It is a lovely way to promote my library while giving teachers something useful and nice that they can use! I had wonderful responses from all my teachers. They loved the pens.

This is a very nice pen, and we liike it. My concern is that each pen comes to us individually wrapped. I realize that this is done to prevent damage to the pens, but, as an organization committed to living sustainably, I am looking for products with minimal packaging. Your company's ability to meet our needs in this area will affect our decision about whether or not to purchase from you in the future. I ordered this pen in silver and am very pleased with it. I wish the imprint area was a little larger (so we could have included our logo along with our name), but overall it looks & writes well.

For the most part this has been a good pen. Good: It writes very well and feels good in your hand. Bad: The Pen button top is not screwed tight on all of the pens and has fallen off once or twice.
