These mugs were beautifully designed and EXACTLY what I ordered. They all arrived safely and not one of the 108 I ordered was broken; in fact, several extras were included at no extra charge. I really liked the size of the mugs because usually companies would offer something smaller at a cheap price which I would say is not quite appropriate if you're trying to say to your patrons that you appreciate their support. We ordered this mug for a church event. The order arrived earlier than promised, which was great. From reading other reviews, we thought we might have a few broken mugs, but out of an order of 288 mugs, not a single mug was broken. We were amazed and very happy with the product. The organizers of the event commented that the mugs looked better than they had expected. The only negative was that the shipping was very expensive, but that is only because the mugs are very heavy.

Your customer service representative was great, very helpful, and friendly. I paid for fast deliverly, and was given the wrong date (it came earlier) and it sat out in the rain for 3 days. 2 cups were broken and there was ink spots and streaks on most of them. I'm not sure what purple I designated for the mug, but it is a lot lot darker than what I anticipated. There were multiple mugs with bubbles or imperfections in the pottery, which people noticed and asked for a different mug, causing me to have several 'seconds' that people didn't want.

I like the quality of the product and the graphic of our image. This is the 2nd time I have ordered this same item. The 1st time I ordered, everything went perfectly. This time the order was lost for a few weeks (unknown to me) and also a few of the mugs came to us broken. I discovered this only because I could hear the broken pieces in the box. I only open each new box as needed. I felt it would be a time consuming undertaking for me to open all of the boxes & examine each & every piece and then try to get these replaced.

I loved the mug, and the service, but in some ways the online visual of the logo placement is misleading because I would have preferred that the two images be centered in relation to the handle from either side, not in relation to their side panels with the middle panel blank. It was impossible to tell from the proof image that the logos would appear off center as a result on the actual cup. It is a small thing, but I'd have preferred that the logos looked centered on their individual hemisphere, or half of a cup, not centered within their 1/3rd of a cup with the center third blank. If that makes sense. Even describing it is somewhat confusing.

We thought the were very nice. The graphics on the mugs was perfect. The picture actual look like the build we had put on. I was amazed that they were able to get such a great picture from the brochure that I emailed.

Wow! The mugs were attractive and received lots of compliments! We filled them with candy, tea bags and the like and used them as a thank you gift to all our Sunday School teachers this year. They loved them, and every one at church that DIDN'T teach Sunday School wants to know how they can get their own!!

The mugs were a nice touch for our event and looked good. I was a little dissappointed that they could not be printed on both sides - but I gues that's the budget . We received one broken mug but the remaining mugs looked good. Also, the term 24 hour is a little deceiving. I initially thought it meant I would receive the mugs within 24 hours of approving my order. Good news - you still beat the quotes from other companies!
