I thought the customer service agent was excellent. The coffee cups looked great. I thought the Logo could have been positioned higher on the cup. We are filling the cups with Christmas candy and our business cards and giving them to our clients.

I like the quality of the product and the graphic of our image. This is the 2nd time I have ordered this same item. The 1st time I ordered, everything went perfectly. This time the order was lost for a few weeks (unknown to me) and also a few of the mugs came to us broken. I discovered this only because I could hear the broken pieces in the box. I only open each new box as needed. I felt it would be a time consuming undertaking for me to open all of the boxes & examine each & every piece and then try to get these replaced.

I loved the mug, and the service, but in some ways the online visual of the logo placement is misleading because I would have preferred that the two images be centered in relation to the handle from either side, not in relation to their side panels with the middle panel blank. It was impossible to tell from the proof image that the logos would appear off center as a result on the actual cup. It is a small thing, but I'd have preferred that the logos looked centered on their individual hemisphere, or half of a cup, not centered within their 1/3rd of a cup with the center third blank. If that makes sense. Even describing it is somewhat confusing.

The mugs were a nice touch for our event and looked good. I was a little dissappointed that they could not be printed on both sides - but I gues that's the budget . We received one broken mug but the remaining mugs looked good. Also, the term 24 hour is a little deceiving. I initially thought it meant I would receive the mugs within 24 hours of approving my order. Good news - you still beat the quotes from other companies!

The mugs looked fine. My only issues were that the color code for the blue in our logo was on your chart, but was not available when it came to print time. The other was that I had asked that the saying on the back of the mug be moved up to be more centered on the mug and the new sample showed it that way, but it was not done that way on the finished product.

The mug was great. My only disappointment was that you all didn't have the exact color of our logo. We were thankful for the extra mugs and the burgundy isn't bad, it's just not the exact color we use. They looked great and I like the logo printed on both sides of the mug.

The logo was a little off center and I know that I was sent a proof of the mug before printing, but it was hard to tell in the proof the exact placement of the logo. it was still very well done, but making the proof easier to read or just automatically centering the logo unless instructions say otherwise may be an improvment opportunity

Mug was an excellent price however screenening was offcenter and a bit below the median on the mug so the logo space is greater at top than bottom. Still a nice mug and was able to print on front and back at no additional cost. All mugs arrived intact.

We ordered these mugs for sale in our school spirit shop. They are very nice for the price. Imprint was smaller than I expected. Also, somehow our original order/artwork was lost, and we did not receive them as soon as we would have liked. Otherwise, the order and product is fine.
