I was not really impressed with the logo on the product. It looked oblong and did not look round. I understand the cup is curved but it did not look the way I have imagined it. The proof was 2D and I thought the designers would ensure the logo look good on the product. It was also small then I imagined it.

Letting to small, never got any suggestion from art department on how to make it look better. I told them I had never ordered before. If they had suggested taking out the long line, mug would have look much nicer.

Your customer service representative was great, very helpful, and friendly. I paid for fast deliverly, and was given the wrong date (it came earlier) and it sat out in the rain for 3 days. 2 cups were broken and there was ink spots and streaks on most of them. I liked the design and the cup was what I wanted.

Good product; little pricey based on the amount of the order. The imprint fees, and screening fees push the price up a little to much for us. Would like to order approx 50 more but due to price cannot do so at this time. Thank you

I'm not sure what purple I designated for the mug, but it is a lot lot darker than what I anticipated. There were multiple mugs with bubbles or imperfections in the pottery, which people noticed and asked for a different mug, causing me to have several 'seconds' that people didn't want.

Many of the cups we received had smears and showed white where there should have been color. It is a possibility that we may order from you again, but if we are unsatisifed with our order we will expect them to be replaced, at no cost to us, to our liking.
