the only issue I have with the item is that several of the flashlights did not work. In most cases, the batteries were not inserted correctly and/or were dead. of the 200 we have given away so far...probably 4 or 5 have told me they don't work. How many others just didn't tell me?

Very nice product and the light is so bright. The engraving was very nicely done. It was nice to see the instructions on how to get the product to work. We have had many compliments on the product. However, there have been approximately 20 flashlights that we could not get to work out of the 1000 that we ordered despite following the instructions.

This is a light weight and small flashlight that hooks on ones beltloop. The logo you did for us is great! I counted the lights in the order and we only recieved 148, 2 short. This is not a big deal. I have been shorted several items on other venders orders that is why I count them to be sure. One light so far has not worked. We issue these to students that graduate from our training center. They will use them to estimate automobile damage claims in the field. It has been recieved very favorably by the the classes so far!

The plastic disks that were put in to protect the batteries are quite hard to remove. Also, some of the clips are rather flimsy and have broken quite quickly. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 7.5.
