The pen is nice for the price. You can see a few flaws but can't really compain because of the price. We originally ordered this pen with the magnet on it. I would highly recommend not selling this one with the magnet. When we received the shippment most of the magnets were off of the pen. Your team was great. They worked with us to replace the magnetic pens. They made sure we had the replacement in time for our trade show.

I have gotten this product before however you changed the color of the teal ink print. It is now darker and hard to read. I assumed the new order would look like my old order and was disappointed. Your artwork sample does not show the real color of the print and is deceving.

These pens are great. I've used them several times as promotional give-aways and they are very popular. They feel good to the grip and they write very well. I liked this style out of the Bic pens. Instead of print only on one side, I got it on three sides. I matched up my company colors and they looked great. There was no problem with sending my artwork, adjusting it, & and a final proof before printing. I can't wait until I give all these pens out and can order again.
