The footballs look GREAT! The quality is superb and the service was fast. I had a personal assistant so to speak. One person from your company who I communicated with throughout the process, which made my life easier...I wasn't transferred from one person to the next. Having an actual photograph of the stress-ball football would have given me a better picture of what I was ordering. If I had seen a photgraph prior to ordering, I would have changed my design and color.
