Some pens in my shipment did not work ... one I couldn't open, one the ink was dry. I did not check all the pens ... this was 2 out of approximately 50 I had taken to a Job Fair. The pens were order to distribute to potential employees who attend job fairs. This job fair was at a Business College. I realize they were very inexpensive; however, I still feel they should all work. I was also disappointed with the color is seemed a little faded compared with the last time I ordered.

I haven't heard any complaints but a few of the pens I had seemed to skip but that could have just been a fluke. The printing and color combo was very nice for the price.

Some of the pens don't seem to work that well and the clip part of the pen breaks off easier than i expected. I have use other one that friends have ordered from you that didn't seem to do that so it must of been the model i ordered.

We had some difficulty with most of the ones we have used not writing. Or you would have to scribble with it first for a while and then they write. So i don't know what was wrong. But they did look nice.

Price was good and the service was very helpful. Pens got to me on time. They write well, but break easy. Some were apart when I got them. It's a value pen so that is to be expected. The only real issue was that the colors were reversed from how I wanted. The red pens should have been green and the green should have been red.

Some of the staff said the pens quit working after a few days, I am fine with them they are mostly used for promotion. We ran out of the pens we normally use and was fine with the inexpensive pens to fill the void. Thank you for an easy process and a quick shipment

The pens write great. However, many were broken (the tops came off and were unusable). The logo printing on the pens were not the best quality. While some looked great, many pens had a very light imprint.

The pens are great for our church congregation to use for themselves or to take & give out. The colors go nicely together & for the price they work for what we wanted in our congregation but lack in speaking to the community. I am not crazy about the placement of the imprint as it gets covered up by your hand/thumb when writing w/ the pen- therefore it defeats the purpose of advertisement when using it around town. Sometimes people will ask what is on the pen you are using (or usually notice it)& that is a good conversation starter, but not in this case.

This item too seemed to be of low quality. In my initial conversation with the sales person, I asked for the bic-click pen. I was told of this one. I had seen it in the catalog but feared it to be of low quality. I changed to the pen because of what I was told. I regret my decision. I wish I had stayed with the bic-click pen. It was a little bit more for the price, but I think I would have liked the qualilty of the pen.

i know these pens are cheap, but i have found a few without the ink cartridge installed and also a few just don't work very well. that's a little too cheap. not sure about [%] defective, because i haven't gone through the entire order, but it is probably 2[%] of the stock i have gotten in to.

the pens worked okay. Same comments as above about the need for quick turn around. However, the Tint to the cream color on the pen was supposed to be cream. Some where cream some where orange and some where pink and some where broken. But, once again I got what i needed quickly.
