Some pens in my shipment did not work ... one I couldn't open, one the ink was dry. I did not check all the pens ... this was 2 out of approximately 50 I had taken to a Job Fair. The pens were order to distribute to potential employees who attend job fairs. This job fair was at a Business College. I realize they were very inexpensive; however, I still feel they should all work. I was also disappointed with the color is seemed a little faded compared with the last time I ordered.

Price was good and the service was very helpful. Pens got to me on time. They write well, but break easy. Some were apart when I got them. It's a value pen so that is to be expected. The only real issue was that the colors were reversed from how I wanted. The red pens should have been green and the green should have been red.

We like these 8550 - Value Click Pens. They are extremely inexpensive and were sent rather quickly. They look and feel just like a well known “Name Brand” pen. Just ask 4Imprint to send a few samples to test them out for yourself. It’s that easy! Note: I’ve read the earlier reviews and do not agree with any of the problems mentioned in the past. We tested them all and noticed the pens with black trim were not made as well as the rest of the other Value Click Pens, but I still give them 4 Stars! We chose our pen with white trim because they work absolutely perfectly. 4Imprint stands behind their products. Just let them know about any defects and they will take care of the problem, pronto!

Sometimes a concern when you buy cheap pens is that they don't write smoothly or some don't write at all. Has not been the case with these pens, at least to the best of my knowledge. The logo was as it appeared on the proof, but I expected it to be farther up on the pen itself, not scrunched down at the tip where your hand goes. I can see it wearing off, and then the impact of our company is lost. Some of the pens I tried had difficulty starting to write.
