Some pens in my shipment did not work ... one I couldn't open, one the ink was dry. I did not check all the pens ... this was 2 out of approximately 50 I had taken to a Job Fair. The pens were order to distribute to potential employees who attend job fairs. This job fair was at a Business College. I realize they were very inexpensive; however, I still feel they should all work. I was also disappointed with the color is seemed a little faded compared with the last time I ordered.

Price was good and the service was very helpful. Pens got to me on time. They write well, but break easy. Some were apart when I got them. It's a value pen so that is to be expected. The only real issue was that the colors were reversed from how I wanted. The red pens should have been green and the green should have been red.

We like these 8550 - Value Click Pens. They are extremely inexpensive and were sent rather quickly. They look and feel just like a well known “Name Brand” pen. Just ask 4Imprint to send a few samples to test them out for yourself. It’s that easy! Note: I’ve read the earlier reviews and do not agree with any of the problems mentioned in the past. We tested them all and noticed the pens with black trim were not made as well as the rest of the other Value Click Pens, but I still give them 4 Stars! We chose our pen with white trim because they work absolutely perfectly. 4Imprint stands behind their products. Just let them know about any defects and they will take care of the problem, pronto!

Sometimes a concern when you buy cheap pens is that they don't write smoothly or some don't write at all. Has not been the case with these pens, at least to the best of my knowledge. As a church, we use them weekly and give them to our guests to complete demographic information and giving envelopes. So far, so smooth!

The logo was as it appeared on the proof, but I expected it to be farther up on the pen itself, not scrunched down at the tip where your hand goes. I can see it wearing off, and then the impact of our company is lost. Some of the pens I tried had difficulty starting to write.

The pens are great for our church congregation to use for themselves or to take & give out. The colors go nicely together & for the price they work for what we wanted in our congregation but lack in speaking to the community. I am not crazy about the placement of the imprint as it gets covered up by your hand/thumb when writing w/ the pen- therefore it defeats the purpose of advertisement when using it around town. Sometimes people will ask what is on the pen you are using (or usually notice it)& that is a good conversation starter, but not in this case.

This item too seemed to be of low quality. In my initial conversation with the sales person, I asked for the bic-click pen. I was told of this one. I had seen it in the catalog but feared it to be of low quality. I changed to the pen because of what I was told. I regret my decision. I wish I had stayed with the bic-click pen. It was a little bit more for the price, but I think I would have liked the qualilty of the pen.

Big bang for the buck. Our budget did not allow for expensive items so this pen has been great. The colors were perfect for our company and matched our sign out front. They are small enough to carry around and we put them in stores where they have a cup for people to sign their credit card slips. No dislikes.

The pens were awful and we can not even use them for marketing. The colors were completely off and not the same tone as was represented from the proof. The barrel color was to be a light teal with dark purple writing. The actual teal pen barrel was so dark, you could not see the writing in DARK purple at all. We went to a very important event and spent what little extra money we had for the business on these pens. We lost out on a fantastic oipportunity to promote ourselves and our new business. We were hugely disappointed and would not reccommend these to anybody

These pens were seemingly a good value, but upon receipt they fell apart. We couldn't even give them to our clients because we were ashamed at how easily the pens broke. The spring-loaded part would fail and the pocket clip of the pen would shoot off.

I ordered black ink only and several of the pens I have used to date have blue ink. I used two pens that ran out of ink before I finished writing 2 pages of a tablet - I had hoped this would be a nice gift to individuals and not one that they thought would be cheap. They had enough room to get all the information we wanted to reach the people we were targeting. We used the pens as a give-away during a parade and festival in which our group participated (and won best float award, by the way)and feel that our name and message is now in the hands of a wider population. We could/should have ordered twice as many, but our budget didn't allow. However, the pens were very reasonably priced when compared with other items we checked, so we have absolutely no complaints. I'm sure we'll be doing business with you again. Many thanks.

Every pen we have used tends to quit writing. We constantly have to scribble on scratch paper to get them going again. Others, family and friends, we have given them to have the same problem. We will not reorder the pens in the future.

All the pens were broken, or broke within a couple of days of use. However it is in the process of being fixed. I understand a replacement order will be made again for me. This has happend in the past with a better priced pen as well. Cutomer srvice is always good.

Delivery was incredible-thank you. However,we had one pen fail to work so far. (We have given out about 200 of them, but only received feedback on a significant minority of these). I am slightly concerned about the quality because of the one failure; after all, it has our name on it. I am not dissatisfied, but I will think twice the next time before going for the lowest cost pen if the quality is questionable.

The imprint on the pen is blurry, crooked and unsatisfactory. The pens run out of ink after 2 short uses. I am very unhappy with the pens and will not order them again.

The quality of this pen is extremely good. I get samples in the mail all the time from other vendors for fancier, more expensive pens, but they all konk out within a couple of weeks. These pens are of the highest quality at a very reasonable price.

Our business needed imprinted pens quickly and 4IMPRINT came thru with flying colors..The pens were given out at our local county fair and was a big hit with the visitors.
