The pens are actually awful. The design is great but the end caps come off when you put the top on the back of the pen. Every time. We throw away more defective pens than we are using. I wanted to order just one hundred and this is the exact reason. It's not fair to your customers to be stuck with this much junk. However, I do like the design and want to give out pens but I guess we need to see about getting samples before we order next time.

These pens are cheap, and I do not mean inexpensive. When writing with this pen it is typical to put the cap on the back of the pen. However when you take the pen off it pulls the plug off with it. Also the company logo wears off very easily, sometimes with only one use.

Ordering was easy and fast. I appreciate the flexibility in getting the art work to your company. A couple of minor problems I've encounter are 1) several of the caps on the stick pens have come off and 2)once you take the cap off to use the pen and place it on the opposite end, it pulls off the protective cap of the pen causing it to stick to the inside of the pen cap exposing the ink cylinder. Otherwise, for the price, it's a great product.

These pens are very affordable and write well. They made a large impact on our judge's campaign. People are likely to throw away a flier, but not a pen with his name and web address on it! When I drove up to my bank the other day, there was one of his pens in the drive through window! Fabulous campaign tool! Thank you!

very nice, no problem with this order except that you pack them in the peanuts and when I went to get them out, I had peanuts all over the floor. I would suggest that you pack them in zippered bags so that they are not such a pain to unpack

Great inexpensive pens, graphics look clear and easily read. Colors pop on the white background. Cap matches text making it a sharp looking pen, and they are a perfect size for packing for recruitment trips.

Our pens look great. We put the pens in a bag and give them to our visitors at church. With the pens having our number on it, it is a great outreach. People can call if they are having problems.

For being a cheap-end pen, it works just fine and our information was printed on it very nicely. We use them to hand out to visitors, so they serve their purpose.
