So far all the pens are falty, the plug at the base comes out when you put the cap on the end to write. and when you try to put the plug back in it wont reassemble properly

The pens writing is of nic quality. The look of the printing is very good. The durability of the imprinting of the pens is not very good. The printing comes of the pen ater a few uses. The price is very good and I guess you get what yu pay for.

I like the pens, but the caps do not go on the end of the pen very easily and when you pull off the cap once you get it on, then the plug at the end of the pen comes off. This happens to about 75[%] of the pens.

The price is extremely affordable; however, the tops of the pens come off very easily and some times the ink runs out quickly. But they look very nice.

The looked great.. we are having some difficulty with the back of the pens coming off in the cap and then not being able to put the cap back on because the back is stuck in the cap.

Nice looking, but very cheap quality. When you stick the pen cap on the back end so you can write, then remove the cap to put it on the pen tip, the end cap gets stuck in the cap and you can no longer put the cap on the pen tip.

No problem at all with the imprint or the service. The pen itself is problematic in that the caps don't stay on -- they just fall off. Not enough grip or friction to keep the cap on.

Ordering was easy and fast. I appreciate the flexibility in getting the art work to your company. A couple of minor problems I've encounter are 1) several of the caps on the stick pens have come off and 2)once you take the cap off to use the pen and place it on the opposite end, it pulls off the protective cap of the pen causing it to stick to the inside of the pen cap exposing the ink cylinder. Otherwise, for the price, it's a great product.

the print on the pens is really good, and the colors are very vibrant and I am happy with that part of it, but I am VERY dissatisfied with the ink in the pens, they write very light and sometimes i have to retrace what I am writing because the ink is so light. It is not even black but more of a light grey. I had to throw some of the pens away.

Some of the pens have not worked which is a bit of an embarrassment (so far around 25[%]). Appearance wise the pens are good, the artwork was quick and well done, the person who dealt with me by email was professsional.
