The writing ability is fine The tops are very bad about staying on the pens. When I received my order some of the tops had come off.. I have to crawl around on the floor to find the tops when a customer is using one. .

The inside of the pen falls out the first time you use it. The cap is difficult to put on the opposite end of the pen while you are writing. The color the the imprint were great.

Design of the pen turned out really nicely, employees were extremely helpful editing the design of the pen and responded quickly. The caps don't fit on the ends of the pen which is very disappoint though

Not a bad writing pen at all, BUT the head of the pen (writing end) pulls out when you pull the cap off--so 90% of the time people who take one of my pens end up dumping it on the floor or flinging it inadvertently across the room. NOT GOOD. Looks like i'm stuck with them---but i've been stuck with worse things, just things not quite this expensive!!!

I found that a lot of the pens had caps that did not fit the back of the pen when I was ready to write with them so I feel that too many of the pens lost value due to this. They no longer became something I could give to clients as gifts because a pen like this would poorly impact my brand. I had to go through each pen that I planned to give away and have two stacks rejects and acceptable. Actually I would really like some kind of compensation for this. That would be a nice jester. I will say the pens look great and they write well. Have not had them long enough to determine how long the ink will last.

So far all the pens are falty, the plug at the base comes out when you put the cap on the end to write. and when you try to put the plug back in it wont reassemble properly
