The caps came out really nice. Some of the stitching could have been better aligned, but not too significant. We like how the colors are vibrant and they were all well received.

My only disappointment in the entire deal was that the color of the hat was darker than I expected based upon the pictures. The hats still look good but they don't match as well as I thought they would to other program materials that I have. Everything else was quite satisfactory.

We were extremely satisfied with these caps. The colors were exactly what we saw in the picture and the logo came out beautifully. We ordered these for our service personel as part of their uniform. They look very professional. We needed these in a rush and they were delivered to us right on time.The quality of the caps were even nicer than we had anticipated. We will most likely be ordering more of the caps in the future.

Some of the wave caps the stitching was done poorly. Some were on the mark but the others that weren't have the stitching going below the actual logo and some caps the black coloring seemed faded. Also want to note that the logo has an R and on the caps it just looks like a big blur I couldn't make out the R in any of the wave caps. I noticed the flaws however when I passed them out no one complained, yet.

The hats themselves were great. Good quality, and just what we wanted. And the ordering process was smooth and easy. The quality of the embroidery, however, was a big disappointment. One of the thread colors was not at all what was represented in the proof I approved, and the quality was just poor. Kind of an embarrassment to hand out to our customers.
