WONDERFUL. The small detailed print that you are able to have on these cups is amazing. We print a new cup annually at our University and with the changing designs, they have become quite the collectors items. The cups withstand washing and don't fade. We will order them for years to come.

We like the cups. We also used them at our Expo to give away. We also use them as a sales tool when our sales people go out. They give them away. We were expecting the cups to be a little bigger. They are 16oz. to the rim. Other than that, they look good!

Somehow our imprint printing was changed and there were multiple typos. I unfortunately didn't think to check spelling since I thought my imprint would be used rather directly, however, it was very disappointing to see that almost every Residential College was spelled wrong.

The cups were lovely. The design I submitted was very nice on the cup. We used them as happies to each church menmber for Christmas. For some reason, I thought that in picking the wrap design it would be printed twice on the cup. Also, the statement that the shipment would be a one day turnaround was a little confusing too when it's actually not.

The cup itself was just fine. We were disappointed in how our graphic appeared on the cup. When the proof is sent, it is really difficult to visualize what it will actually look like and it looked fine on the proof - but very small on the cup itself. We are sorry we ordered so many of them.

The item was great, but when they arrived the boxes they were shipped in were on the verge of falling apart. It also looked as though some had fallen out and they had been put back in and the box was re-taped. All the cups did make it and only two were damaged.
