I was really upset that my rep didn't build in enough time to get a second proof ran before my deadline. I was working with you for months before my deadline and she kept pushing back when you'd actually start on my order. When it was finally time, we didn't like the proof and she told us that we were going to have to ok the artwork electronically like we did the first time or we wouldn't have our order in time.

Portfolio is nicer than I expected. Clients have had a very positive reaction when I offer one to them. Wow, this is really nice! seems to be the general response. They can't wait to unzip it and look at all the places they can store papers, business cards, etc. I also was very impressed with the debossing itself - our logo looks very professional and is nicely embossed - not just stamped on. Will do a re-order on these portfolios when we run out of them!
