The bags were everything i expected; but not without the help of your staff. The graphics were perfect. Your staff caught the color mistake I had made, and corrected it so the bags would turn out like i had intended. If only more people had the same work ethics, perhaps the state of economy wouldn't be where it is. Look forward to working with you again....if i have the budget!

Please make the shoulder strap longer it was a challenge to wear it as a messenger bag and most people dont want to wear it as a shoulder bag an inside pocket would be great nevertheless, the bag was well received

The item is wonderful, looks good. I am slightly disappointed that the wording was incorrect. It should have red Ladies Empowering Ladies instead of Ladies Empower Ladies. I will have to try and work with them the way they are. Otherwise, everyone has been very helpful and pleasing to do business with.
