I was very satify with the product. The artwork was exactly what was submitted. We will be ordering the same item again and new items soon. The only negative comments is the order should have been sent priority mail through the post office and not FED EX. Fed Ex is located in St. Thomas and I am in St. John and it takes longer for me to get my package. Priority is cheaper and I can just go to the post office and get the package.

We used these Slingpacks as prizes for each division winners at the Women's Golf Charity Classic, a non-profit organization that selects a local charity each year to donate all proceeds raised from an annual tournament. We can't give cash awards and trophies (also known as dustables ) aren't desired by women. They want a prize that is practical, good-looking and of high quality within our budget limits. The sling pack was used as an end of season swim team gift for all the participants. The logo was nicely done. I was disappointed in the size. The website listed it as 17 x 13, but it was a little shy of that at 16 x 12. Also, it would be good to list the depth of the bag, so you would have a better idea of what it's capacity would be.
