Overall, this is a great pen! I actually ordered these from my job earlier this year and was so impressed with the quality I decided to order some for my home based business. Actually this order had more pens that would not write than the work order though but out of 250, we probably encountered about 10 with problems. Then again, we haven't gone through them all. I love the available color selections and the speed in processing and delivery. I do homeshows and my customers use them to write their orders. I then give the customer the pen as a gift and a resource item in case they need to contact me later.

We were disappointed in the Pumpkin Orange colored pens, they were not even orange, more the color of pumpkin pie (golden brown).
