I was not happy with the pen because several of my clients and potential clients told me they lost their ink or broke. Also I wanted the crdit to go back on my credit card no to more merchandise

We like the overall look but our sample was broken when we received it. We were on a time crunch so there wasn't much time to look for others but if the quality of the pen were a little better, we would most likely re-order these pens. The look is very favorable for us.

THE COLORS ARE GREAT. THE PENS WERE NOT COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED WHEN I RECEIVED THEM. THE BARRELS NEEDED TO BE TIGHTENED AND THE RING AROUND THE PUSH BUTTON WAS OFF ON A FEW OF THEM. THE POCKET CLIP HAS BROKEN ON SOME THAT I HAVE HANDED OUT.

The product isn't very sturdy. It seems to start coming apart after a few weeks of using it. The ink doesn't write solid it tends to break up like it's almost out eventhough it's a brand new pen. Also, the logo on the pens is fading, I've only been using them for about a month and it's rubbing off.
