Use better batteries. 60[%] of the flashlight batteries did not work. We had to buy new batteries for them. An extra cost that should not have been.

At least 30[%] of these do not work. It's a mechanical problem: the battery is just not long enough to touch the contacts, so the light does not come on. I completely understand that these items were not made by 4imprint, but a company is only as good as the products they sell.

It's a neat item, but the link between the key ring and the chain holding the flashlight is not crimped all the way down, which causes the flashlights to fall off the chain unexpectedly when keys are added to the keyring.

The mini-flashlight w/the tools were a hit! For the engineers, they were new toys, for the average person, like me, they were very handy. I used it at 2:30am when something came loose on the sliding door and didn't want to turn on the lights. The size of the tools were perfect and easy to use.
