These were okay. The handle is really larger than I thought it would be - it didn't sit well in car cup holders. Also,it's not well insulated so it doesn't keep coffee hot for long.

keeps drinks cold or warm. Not isulated very well. The imprint has already worn off and we have only had the cups for less then a month

Pretty to look at - but doesn't really keep the beverage as was as we would like. I was also short three lids and I have faxed and e-mailed concerning them and gotten no reply - veryunusual for 4Imprint. We generally love everything we have ever ordered from you and so far these cups have sold well. Thanks for being easy to work with.
