I order for job fairs at colleges and I try to pick out the items that they would find useful, small but meaningful and with the imprint, they will always think of us.

We LOVE these pencils! They are a big hit with kids and adults. They of course function well as pencils, but are pretty and great fun to share, especially with young children.

Your imprinting was fine. The pencils do not change colors. The colors are so similar that it is not impressive. I have had other pencils that the change in colors can be seen.

love the orange one as it has an obvious color change but was really diappointed in the rest and wouldn't order the mixed colors again. If have to be that way, wouldn't order. Love the idea and graphics did a good job. Great price and quick turnaround appreciated.

I was expecting HB pencil. It has a good appearance but writing quality is poor.

The mood pencils are neat! They turn colors fast. Recipients are shocked and excited when they see that they are mood pencils.

the coolness factor of the pencils is extremely satisfactory. the pencils were intended to give to high school students to promote a university program, but adults find them fascinating, too. however, the quality of the pencils for actual use is somewhat lacking, because they don't write very well and the lead breaks easily.
Sundra from Southgate

The pencils were fun to watch them change and people thought they were fun as well.

What a neat concept! The children and adults loved these at our expo! I'm sure there will be kids who will collect just because it's different and not ever sharpen them. Very very nice pencil.

I am always looking for itmes that the students will like. The students love these mood pencils. I was very pleased with the way the logo and text turned out on the pencil. I am usually told that what I want is to much text. Thanks again.

These were a nice touch. The only problem is we don't know which color means what. If it changes to the bright yellow are you stressed or not? They were a good conversation piece.

I am a novelist with a very small publisher. It's not my profession, but my passion. By profession, I am a local governmental purchasing agent - nearly 40 years, so I see lots of catalogs and lots of sales people. I always looked for something novel that I felt I could afford to buy to give out to my fans, or potential readers. The mood pencil was the first thing I saw that fit the bill and my purse. The sales person I dealt with was so helpful, and the free sample you sent so quickly made my mind up. I've been giving them out, and everyone is fascinated. I appreciate the value, but I appreciate the friendly sales even more. You have to remember I've heard every sales pitch there is from thousands and thousands of vendors.

Break way too easily...had to replace at least 5 pencils immediately after the assembly ended (in which they were handed out). My son recieved 2 pencils and both broke within hours after bringing them home. Perhaps poor quality wood? Not thick enough?

The mood pencils are a novelty item and were well received by students to whom we distributed these pencils. However, the writing lead in the pencil is fragile and breaks easily. Therefore, although it is fun to play with, I have had difficulty using it for practical purposes.

L really liked the mood pencil. The color change was more than I had hoped for!

Very popular once people realize it changes color. Not many adults use pencils these days but they do want to take it for their kids. That is why we ordered pens to go with it, so it will not just go to the kids. On the other hand, if it does stay with the adults, that is great too. It is one of those things that if you do keep it in your office, you would reach for it just to touch it. It's also a good conversation peice.

A little disappointed that the color change is not more dramatic, otherwise they are fine. I thought the art dept. would have used the same font I used when I requested the printed information. Next time I realize I will have to be more specific

Your mood pencils, item 7249, are DEFINITELY not your average item! We ordered them as handouts for our county fair, and added some stress for the 4Imprint staff by needing them in less than two weeks! Needless to say, the 4Imprint staff came through with flying colors (no pun intended). They were a big hit for us. Thanks SO MUCH for the fast footwork on our order!

Unfortunately, these pencils do not sharpen very well. I do intend to send a few back so that they can be checked out.

The pencils did not change color as much as we would have liked. They were bright green to change to yellow and did not change very much at all.
