I am a novelist with a very small publisher. It's not my profession, but my passion. By profession, I am a local governmental purchasing agent - nearly 40 years, so I see lots of catalogs and lots of sales people. I always looked for something novel that I felt I could afford to buy to give out to my fans, or potential readers. The mood pencil was the first thing I saw that fit the bill and my purse. The sales person I dealt with was so helpful, and the free sample you sent so quickly made my mind up.
I've been giving them out, and everyone is fascinated. I appreciate the value, but I appreciate the friendly sales even more. You have to remember I've heard every sales pitch there is from thousands and thousands of vendors.
