The imprinting was done very well and we are very pleased. I have some concern about the quality of the bags. Within 4 days of receipt, on of the bags had a tear near the zipper and a few of them were having trouble keeping the long strap connected. Otherwise, we love our new bags!!

This product was great qualilty. Only a few threads to clip where it was sewn together. All zippers worked as they were suppose to. Since we were giving the duffel bags as gifts to our Trustees this year, we checked each one thoroughly.

Very well received by recipients. Embroidered logo was nice, even though the letters didn't all seem to be the same size. One problem was that the pull part of the zipper detached from the base as it hadn't been closed all the way. I was able to re-attach then close with a plier.

When our Police Department were in need of a durable duffel bag to hold all of their gear, I searched all over the internet. Most bags were either too small, too cheaply made, or too expensive. Then I remembered seeing bags in my 4imprint catalog. I contacted Laura in sales and explained our needs. She sent us 3 bags to choose from. The duffel we selected was perfect. It is extremely durable and well made. It suited are needs exactly, plus the price cheaper than anything I could find elsewhere. We chose to have the bags screened printed and they look fantastic. The screen printing is thick and doesn't look like it will peel off easily. Our officers are well pleased with their bags. They were tired of purchasing duffels from the department stores every couple of months because they couldn't find a quality bag like these that could hold up to the constant use and abuse. I will definetly purchase more of the same bags in the future. We have already told other police departments in the surrounding area that they need to take a look what 4imprint can offer them.
