Very cheap. Too small. Not cushion-y. It was embarrassing to hand them out to our booster members. We gave them as a perk when they joined the booster club. People joined before I had the cushions in hand. So when the cushions did arrive, they were like a joke with the people. It made me look bad, it made you look bad. The service I got was really good, though.

They were not the quality that I expected next time I will ask for a sample so I can see the material. We are giving them away on a prize wheel so the winners will be happy receiving the towel as a prize.

The towels were supposed to be used for our Bike to Work Week. Participants were going to use the towels to wipe themselves off after their bike commute to work. The picture shown as the product was very misleading. When we opened the box the towels looked like rags. Instead of receiving white towels with our logo on them, we received brownish-yellow towels that did not do our logo justice. They were very low quality and the thread count was so low that you could see through them. We decided to tell our employees to use the towels to clean off their bikes rather than themselves. We now have over 100 towels that we can't do anything with. If 4-imprint can somehow compensate us for this low quality product I may be more likely to use them or recommend them in the future.

4Imprint did a terrific job of printing on these towels but I thought the quality of the towels was a bit rough. Thought they would be a softer cotton and a bit thicker. To be honest, they were a bit disappointing but it could be just that I had too high expectations. We used them for prizes at a Women's Ice Hockey tournament and they were well received.
