The towels were great but some of the imprints were light and not centered. It was almost as if someone was rushing through the order.

The towels were supposed to be used for our Bike to Work Week. Participants were going to use the towels to wipe themselves off after their bike commute to work. The picture shown as the product was very misleading. When we opened the box the towels looked like rags. Instead of receiving white towels with our logo on them, we received brownish-yellow towels that did not do our logo justice. They were very low quality and the thread count was so low that you could see through them. We decided to tell our employees to use the towels to clean off their bikes rather than themselves. We now have over 100 towels that we can't do anything with. If 4-imprint can somehow compensate us for this low quality product I may be more likely to use them or recommend them in the future.
