The product is of good quality and suited our needs very well. For some reason the logo turned out a little bit differently than I submitted it, and I didn't realize it until we received the product. However, it was my fault for not seeing this difference on the proof. (There should have been more space between the logo mark and the words below it.)

We will be giving the tumbler as a gift to first time guests at our church. I'm sorry to say we are not happy with the logo on the tumbler we ordered. Before placing our order I requested a sample so that we would have a better idea of the logo size. When we received our order the logo was much smaller than the sample. However, in saying this, we have received follow-up calls in regards to our dissatification and currently we are working to get it resolved. The sample logo measures 1 1/2 by 2 1/4 and our logo measures 3/4 by 2.

The Sunset Stainless Steel Tumbler makes a great gift as it is sturdy, keeps drinks hot or cold, and fits nicely into automobile drink holders. It also comes in a variety of great colors and has a nice slimline look with a good grip. I purchased these tumblers for our local high school drama class graduating high school seniors which I will present to them at the end of their last performance. We are using the stainless steel mugs as a give away gift for first time visitors to our church. I'm pretty pleased with the order, but I do wish our logo stood out a little more against the stainless. The sample we got had a black logo on it, so we couldn't really judge how the color would look.

While we were in a hurry and had to pass up some items that may have been better quality, this tumbler is just OK. The crest was very small and in red can hardly be read. The overall reception was nice, in that it will be a functional item. I was hoping the Logo would have been bigger, brighter, more noticeable. When we have more time to order, I will make sure to talk to the reps about these thoughts.

I had ordered to have a logo on the tumbler, but all that came in was just our department name and no company logo. I was rather disappointed but had training, so we had to give them out, there was no time to return them. Also the screw on top leaks and isn't in line with the rest of the tumbler.
