I was very pleased with the item as a whole. I was somewhat mislead by the color of the pen. The picture that I had seen of the pen was a pale pink and when I received it, it was a pinkish-purple. Not the color that I was looking for. It is however a good pen that writes nicely.

The pens are great. Took them to a convention a week or so ago with us and many were taken from the table with other advertising items. These pens are a huge value for the industry we are in since we depend on a good writing pen with blue ink in our industry. But I do wish I had thought of the accent color sometimes indicates ink color. But I'll remember next time.

Our internet provider sent us a Javelin pen last year and we were pleased that it was a pen that wrote well and lasted. Therefore we purchased the Javelin pen in four colors to distribute at the Cell Biology Meeting in San Francisco in December. The colors were very popular!

Like it, but probably would have chosen a different color combination had we seen this before purchase. Actually, would have probably purchased all of the pens as Mardi Gras pens because this pen looks a lot cheaper than the Mardi Gras, for the same price.

I run a chiropractic office and I especially liked the Javelin Pen because of its tapered profile and its relation to the curves of the spine. The ink is very smooth without smudging and the white plastic hasn't shown any signs of yellowing. This pen is a great value all the way around.
