I really like the place for the beverage holder on the side - makes it very convenient to carry refreshment when on the go, especially the gym.. Nice sized bag with strong straps that make it easy to carry a lot of things around without tiring out so quickly. Color choices were great too!

I would have like to have seen a little heavier fabric used, or lining in the backpack. Some of the stitching was off. The goal would be produce a piece at a $7-9 price range that could retail over $30.

We used the backpack for a training and the theme was Climb Every Mountain We work for people with disabilties and face many challenges with state and government agencies that sometimes expect the impossible at the providers expense. Although we have many mountains to climb we work as a team and we get things done; never lowering our standard for quality. I wasn't impressed by the backpack size and quality. I did ask for a sample to be sent to me but I was sent the Very Impressive, rugged, padded and well manufactured Outdoor Backpack.In thinking the backpacks were comparable, by the description in the catalog, We ordered the On the Move backpack. I bit cheaper and has Royal Blue, our club color. Next, was the hurry up and get a check rushed to you as you do not bill..... I placed the order online and the brakes were put on....Maybe there should be a clause on your website regarding pre-established credit???? One more little item that bothered my a bit. We also ordered the Haynes 50/50 t-shirts. Duh, maybe the guy working on our order could have told me the t-shirts and backpacks color (Royal Blue) does not match...ooops! Ya think we would like to at least be color coordinated.Anywho, we love the t-shirts. Thank you they are very appealing to my club.

The item ordered was meant for the younger folks and the older ones. It was ordered for a church convention. I actually conducted a survey on how good the item was able to meet the the group need. The younger group were so happy the backpack was ordered as opposed to the previous ones like The Duvel bag or Portfolios. However, the older ones 35years and above said that the straps were too tight.
