I ordered the duffel bags as a gift for the staff on our advanced leadership training course. It was easy to order the bags, even for a non-technological person like me. The bags arrived when they were supposed to. We were all very pleased with the construction of the bags, and everyone used them.

We are currently running a Biggest Loser weight loss incentive at work. We purchased the duffel bags for all the contestants as a surprise gift at the end of the competition. I researched several companies and took a chance that really paid off when I ordered from 4imprint. I am going to order more items from them to put in the bag. I ordered the Two-Tone Duffel Bag-24hr. The service from 4imprint was great. I did have a problem with my first order of duffel bags. Some bags were damaged. I contacted 4imprint and they handled it. I was able to get the bags replaced.I was pleased with the design & imprint. However, the quality of the bag itself, I was a little disappointed in. (The manufacturer needs to improve materials used.)I did like the bags enough to order again for another project.

The bags turned out beautifully. Everyone was impressed and they went quickly. I had to place an additional order for 50 more. the only thing I would like to suggest though is that if it is a reorder of a very recent order, that the price per bag should be the same as the first order even though the quantity is different.

WE were disappointed at first to learn that our first choice color was out of stock especially since we were not told that when the order was first placed. But nevertheless the second choice color was well received by the men of Macedonia and so far we have heard nothing but praises on how much they like the bag and how they are using it. One 87 year old told me last Sunday that he was on his way to Nags Head and he was packing his bag.
