We got stuck in downtown Philadelphia in a driving wind and rain storm. The wind blew from both sides (and even side to side) It was a true test of the windproofness! and it passed with flying colors. I contacted my rep to tell her how happy we were with the service and the product. I didn't know your company or the product - and I kind of went out on a limb ordering 100 umbrellas. But we couldn't be happier to have our logo on the umbrella.

It is a nice umbrella, but it proved to not be windproof. The very first day we used one, it blew inside out. Obviously the individual was drenched from the after affects. We were able to slavage it, but we were disappointed that although they are marketed as windproof, they are not.

We are very pleased with the umbrellas we ordered. The imprint is bold and colorful - very conducive to our setting as a primary school. We also appreciated being able to see a proof as that made us realize we had not told you we also wanted to add the imprint of our school's name under the logo. We are going to give the umbrellas to staff members during Teacher Appreciation week, so they have not actually been field tested as yet, but they seem to be high quality.

I was very pleased with the umbrellas themselves - the general look and quality. The only problem was that on a number of them, the Ropes & Gray logo was stuck to each other (as if they were wrapped up when they were still hot of the presses ) and when you peel them apart, some of the writing comes off.
