The flex cooler was a hit! Lots of our employees thought it would be useful for carrying anything from lunch to work or beer to a ballgame. It seems constructed well and the only drawback is that it does not come with a shoulder strap. Not a big deal since it will be sitting most of the time and can easily fit in a larger bag.

I like it a lot, but I noticed when I used ice instead of an ice pack the bottom of the cooler was wet and leaked.

It is a great item. Keeps things gold for hours as long as you use the cold packs. Ice will tend to leak after several hours.

Nice item. Shipping packaging pretty poor and very difficult to handle for UPS and us. You could use something better. On the whole the item was done, well, timely and the imprint was what we wanted. Using for a customer appreciation day.
