I actually called to exchange/return the item because we thought it was a 'board' (similiar to a mini-white board) and not just a loose magnet style item. We will order samples in the future before purchasing.

I thought the board would actually be a board, not a piece of laminated card stock. Quite disappointed.

they were just thrown into a box to be shipped, causing the caps to come off of the pens and the pens to dry out.
