I was pleasantly surprised when I received our order. The quality of the attache bag far exceeded my expectations! It's both a beautiful and functional product, and the embroidered logo gives it a very classy finishing touch. Overall the quality was exceptional. I purchased 48 bags for cadets in Police Academy to transport their required books. Of those bags, only 12 are being used at this time. Of the 12 bags being use, we are already having problems with 3 of them and we have only been using them for 3 wks. These 3 are coming apart at the seams and one has already lost/popped the strap. Maybe the books are too heavy but they do fit comfortably in the bags. I am continuing to try and use them because upon receipt, they were embroidered with our Academy logo.

Only real issue was not with the product, but shipping, where some of the latches for front on one bag of 24 was broken on delivery. We also have had one shoulder strap break, but to be honest, there was way too much weight in the bag at the time, so I chalk that up to the person's fault. I really like this item. We ordered 24 bags for our speech and debate team, and it was a breeze. From completing artwork to receiving the product, it was a snap. In creating a school's volunteer tutoring program that would target kindergardeners who required extra one-on-one remediation, I wanted to be able to provide each tutor with a bag full of everything they would need. I goofed and didn't notice the size of monagramming being put on the Attache, wished it had been a little larger. Otherwise everthing looked great and all turned out well.

The embroidery is beautiful and everybody loves them except we've had some problems with clips on the handles not holding. You pick the strap up to put it on your bag and it comes unfastened with the clip at the end. It has also happened while carrying the bag. We had a couple of bags come without handle/straps.

The plastic shoulder strap clips on the bag itself could be a little stronger, I think, but they seem to be much better than the metal version which our last bags came with. Most of our employees are students, and the metal rings don't hold up under heavy usage. The embroidery looked sweet!
