The attache was well made and sturdy. It seems to have been designed with a business person in mind. It is very functional with all of the compartments that you need to carry along your 'office to go'. The embroidered logo that you did for us turned out very well. The process to order and proof the customizing went smoothly.

Logo appeared smaller than I thought, there was a large circle embossed into the fabric that wouldn't really go away, and the bags arrived very dusty.

I goofed and didn't notice the size of monagramming being put on the Attache, wished it had been a little larger. Otherwise everthing looked great and all turned out well.

The plastic shoulder strap clips on the bag itself could be a little stronger, I think, but they seem to be much better than the metal version which our last bags came with. Most of our employees are students, and the metal rings don't hold up under heavy usage. The embroidery looked sweet!
