I didn't get a sample completed to view before the order was completed. I would have requested a change in the color to be more red it is toward the orange family. But quality of the shirt (which I did see before the order) is fine, Cindy was great worked with me for a long time before everything was settled.

4Imprint was extremely easy to work with. I ordered tshirts for our church conference. I appreciated the one-on-one personal assistance I received when needed. The art department did a great job with the artwork and tweeked my order several times to make it perfect. The one problem I did have with the order was the packaging. When I received the tshirts they were quite wrinkled. The packaging department made me second guess my decision to go with 4Imprint. However, the good far outweighed the bad and I have already recommended 4Imprint to other churches and will order again for our church conference as well.

I thought it took a long time to process this order. I ordered shirts from another company and got them in 10 days. You people took a month. It said nothing about the time on your website (at least that I noticed) before I ordered. The time is what kept me from giving you the highest rating. You did, however, email me later with the ship date. That said, your price was fine and the kids loved the shirts. This was for the high school yearbook staff and they wear these shirts all the time and say they are very comfortable. This was the first time I've done this for yearbook and it was a BIG hit. I wondered how white on black would come out, but it was beautiful.

Again, the t-shirts were of good quality and served our purpose in advertising our organization. However, once again, the logo design had to be significantly altered by 4imprint at the last minute. We would have preferred to have sent you an acceptable revision if it had been communicated immediately after sending it to you...rather than be surprised when the box was opened at the event.
