I love this pen. In fact I will be ordering it again real soon. I do order this one a lot from you and I usually order a lot of them. Why can't I have a discount for the repeat order. I don't usually change what I want imprinted. The only problem with this item is that you usually charge more than the other vendors so you could be missing orders here too.
