the folder itself was a little lesser quality that I had anticipated. The embossing turned out very nice. We did go with a less expensive item though so I guess you get what you pay for.

This item did not include the pen that we thought was going to be included. Please make sure that the sales assoc. makes it very clear that the pen is not included with the notepad and it is a significant difference in price if you want to order it as well.
But the product itself was great, everyone at the conference loved it!
