The jotters are an excellent promo item. I slip in a nice pen and give them to emergency room staff and they love them! Why? Because they slip easily into their lab coat, etc. pocket, and the handy pen holder keeps their pen from growing legs .

This item did not include the pen that we thought was going to be included. Please make sure that the sales assoc. makes it very clear that the pen is not included with the notepad and it is a significant difference in price if you want to order it as well. But the product itself was great, everyone at the conference loved it!
