Overall I was pleased with the value and the promptness that we received with this order. I have had a few of these returned to me from students stating that they did not work. I tried to replace it with one that did work before I gave it to them and came across a few that were not working either. I know you did not manufacture these, but just wanted to let you know this too!

These radios feel cheap and don't work all that well. While they didn't cost a lot per piece, I was expecting them to work better and not feel like they are going to break. They don't make a good impression about our company.

The packaging was poor. It appeared they were just thrown into the box randomly. The individual boxes were not sealed, so we had several sets of batteries laying at the bottom of the box, and had to go through each unit individually to identify which ones were missing -- about an hour job. As we checked and stacked them it occurred to us you could have shipped them in a box half the size if they'd been packaged better.

We have found approximately 50[%] of the radios are DOA and many of the others quit working or break fairly quickly. Our band booster football game sales team has refused to sell them after Friday night's game... too many customers with bad experiences. We will be in touch in the next week to discuss disposition. We were told we could return any radios that did not work. As these radios were part of a cooperative promotion with the local radio station, I am still trying to determine if there is any way to salvage the arrangement. Not sure if it is worth our time to test all the remaining radios and keep the ones that are not DOA.

WE ordered this item and Item 3896 CD Holders, both were good quality for price paid. Both of these were given out at the same function. CD holder for the registration bags given to each guest and radios at our booth. Again both items well received by our personnel and by the recipient.
